Transfer: Wolves, Leicester City chase Durosinmi

Premier League clubs, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Leicester City are on the trail of Nigeria striker, Rafiu Durosinmi.

Durosinmi, who plays for Czech Republic outfit, Viktoria Plzen has attracted the interest of a number of top clubs in Europe after impressing since returning from a lengthy layoff.

The 22-year-old was on the verge of sealing a €9m move to Bundesliga club, Eintracht Frankfurt last summer.

The transfer was however called off after an undisclosed abnormality surfaced during his medical examination.

Durosinmi has registered five goals and one assist in 10 outings across all competitions for Plzen since returning to action last month.

According to Football Insider, Wolves and Leicester City had scouts in attendance during Plzen’s UEFA Europa League clash with Lazio last week.

The striker scored for Miroslav Koubek’s side in the 2-1 defeat.

He has two years remaining on his contract with Plzen.
