Sadio Mane welcomes first child with 19-year-old wife

Al Nassr forward, Sadio Mane, has welcomed his first child with his teenage wife, Aisha Tamba.

Mane, 32, tied the knot with the 19-year-old last year in Keur Massar, an area in Senegal’s capital city of Dakar.

The wedding took place only six days before the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations kicked off.

The couple had kept their relationship secret before getting married.

Tamba was still a student when they met, but Mane is said to have promised to marry her as soon as they started dating.

They have now welcomed their first child, 14 months after their wedding, which was confirmed by Al-Nassr, following their 3-1 win over Al-Kholood.

Mane dedicated the goal to his baby girl, by rocking his arms and smiling at the cameras.

His strike came after Cristiano Ronaldo’s fourth-minute opener, before Jhon Duran sealed the win with four minutes left.
