US President Donald Trump says he has secured another victory in the Senior Club Championship at his Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida.
President Trump announced the development on Sunday via a post on his official Truth Social account.
“I just won the Golf Club Championship, probably my last, at Trump International Golf Club in Palm Beach County, Florida,” he wrote.
Trump, who described his victory as a “great honour,” revealed that the “awards dinner is tonight at the club.”
“I want to thank the wonderful golf staff and all of the fantastic golfers who participated in the event. Such fun,” he added.
Media Talk Africa reports that this latest win adds to Trump’s history of club golf championship claims, particularly at courses bearing his name.
In the past, Trump has asserted victories in various club championships, though some of these claims have been met with scepticism.
