NPFL: Remo Stars coach Folarin wary of Rivers United in title race

Remo Stars assistant coach, Sulaiman Folarin is wary of the threat Rivers United poses to their title aspirations.

The Sky Blue Stars are top of the NPFL table with 57 points while Rivers United, who are second trailed with eight points.

Remo Stars will confront Lobi Stars in their next fixture this weekend.

Folarin declared that they must beat Tony Bulus’s side to maintain their title push.

“We know what is at stake for us, Rivers United got a win away in Maiduguri over the weekend which means we have to win our away game too against Lobi Stars in Enugu,” Folarin told the club’s media.

“We must work towards achieving victory and I believe its very possible.”
