Nigeria defeated the Amavubi of Rwanda 2-0 in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matchday five encounter at the Amahoro Stadium, Kigali on Friday night.

According to the team’s media officer, Promise Efoghe, head coach Eric Chelle has imposed restrictions in and around the team’s camp to ensure maximum concentration ahead of the team’s next game against the Warriors of Zimbabwe.

Monday’s session will however be opened for the mandatory 15 minutes.
