Nasarawa Amazons will look to continue their impressive run of results when they host Abia Angels in a Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL, Matchday 10 encounter at the Lafia City Stadium on Wednesday.
The Amazons defeated Dannaz Ladies 3-0 last week to maintain their impressive start to the second half of the season.
The Lafia club are unbeaten in their last three league games.
Chris Danjuma’s side are also determined to avenge their 3-0 loss to Abia Angels earlier in the season.
They occupy third position on the Group A table with 18 points from nine games.
Abia Angels are fourth with 16 points from the same number of matches.
The two clubs are pushing for a Championship play-off spot.
