2Baba, Natasha Osawaru storm Edo Election Tribunal [VIDEO]

Popular Nigerian musician, Innocent Idibia, widely known as 2Face or 2Baba, made headlines on Wednesday when he arrived at the Edo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja.

The singer was accompanied by his new lover, Natasha Osawaru, the lawmaker representing Egor Constituency at the Edo State House of Assembly.

The tribunal is set to rule on a petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Asuerinme Ighodalo, challenging the election victory of Governor Monday Okpebholo of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Osawaru, who serves as the Deputy Majority Leader of the Edo State Assembly, was elected on the PDP platform.

2Baba’s presence at the tribunal with Osawaru further fueled public interest in their relationship, which has been a topic of widespread discussion.

The singer had announced his separation from his wife, Annie Idibia, in January, and the following month, he proposed to Osawaru.

Since then, the couple has been seen together at various public events, including social gatherings and shopping outings.

Recently, Natasha Osawaru updated her Instagram bio to include the singer’s surname, ‘Idibia,’ sparking speculation about the status of their relationship.

While neither of them has publicly confirmed a marriage, their continued appearances together suggest a deepening bond.

Their presence at the tribunal added a new dimension to the legal proceedings, as many observers turned their attention to the high-profile couple.

It remains to be seen how their relationship will evolve amidst the ongoing political and legal battles surrounding the Edo State governorship election.
