President Federation Cup: Enyimba want fifth title – Eguma

Enyimba head coach, Stanley Eguma, has set his sights on winning the 2025 President Federation Cup title with the club.

The People’s Elephant defeated El-Kanemi Warriors 1-0 in a Round of 32 contest on Wednesday.

Christian Nnaji scored the winning goal in the 27th minute.

Enyimba will face Abakaliki FC in the Round of 16.

“We will keep pushing after this hard-fought win over El-Kanemi Warriors until we reach the final and, hopefully, win the trophy,” Eguma said after the game.

The Aba giants have won the President Federation Cup four times.

They last tasted success in the competition in 2014.
