Scotland: Dessers nominated for Rangers’ March Player of the Month

Cyriel Dessers is in the running for Rangers’ Player of the Month for March, Media Talk Africa reports.

Dessers scored twice for the Light Blues during the month.

The Nigeria international registered one goal and one assist in Rangers’ UEFA Europa League win over Fenerbahce.

The 30-year-old netted the winner in Rangers’ 4-3 victory over Dundee last weekend.

Dessers has scored 22 goals and recorded seven assists in 45 appearances across all competitions for the Gers this season.

Nico Raskin, Mohamed Diomande, Vaclav Cerny and John Souttar are also in contention for the individual accolade.
