NFF appoints new chief operating officer for NNL

Danlami Alanana has been appointed new Chief Operating Officer, COO, of the Nigeria National League, NNL.

Alanana takes the place of Ayo Abdulrahman, who has been redeployed to Inter-Club Competitions at the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF.

The new COO has served in different capacity in the NFF, Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, and Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL, in the past.

He was the first Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Women’s Football League, NWFL.

Prior to his appointment as COO, Alanana served as head of the Inter-clubs department of the NFF.

The second stanza of the 2024/25 NNL season started on Friday.
