World’s richest man, Elon Musk, has expressed his disapproval of war, stating that he has no respect for warmongers.
In an interview with Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini on Saturday, Musk backed President Donald Trump’s move to foster peace across the world.
According to the tech billionaire, it is time for those slaughtering young men in the name of war to stop.
Musk, who is heading the United States’ Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), stressed that peace must be restored in warring countries.
He said, “I have no respect for the warmongers, and the war profiteers and those who want the war to continue forever.”
“Trump is right, there must be peace. It is time for the slaughter of young men to stop. It’s time to stop this senseless death machine.”
Media Talk Africa reports that Trump had expressed his intentions to end the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia.
