NPFL: Why Kwara United failed to beat Plateau United – Sanni

Kwara United technical adviser, Tunde Sanni has blamed missed chances for his side’s draw with Plateau United.

The Harmony Boys held Plateau United to a goalless draw at the New Jos Stadium on Sunday.

Sanni believes his team should have secured the maximum points in the game if not for their poor finishing.

“We have to thank God for the point because the last time we played in Ilorin although we beat Plateau United, they gave us a tough time in the game,” Sanni stated in a post-match interview.

“We missed a lot of scoring chances which could have giving us the maximum points in the game.

“My players were not clinical enough in front of goal.”
