Matawalle warns Zamfara APC members against insubordination

The Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle, has issued a stern warning to members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Zamfara State against acts of insubordination.

Matawalle issued the warning on Sunday while receiving the executives of the party from Anka, Bakura, Maradun and Talata Mafara LGAs of Zamfara State, who paid him Sallah homage in his residence in Maradun.

The immediate past governor of Zamfara said APC members in the state should be thankful to God for having leaders with the people in their minds.

He commented another former governor, Abdul’aziz Yari, for his commitment to the development of the APC and the entire state.

“As I always say, myself, Abdul’aziz Yari and other APC leaders in the state, we have been trying our best to improve the welfare of our members and good people of the state.

“I am using this medium to call on you to continue to support the party, we should avoid any acts of insubordination to the leadership of our great party.

“We should ignore any call to destroy the unity of our great party in the state,” he admonished.

The minister urged the APC members to continue to be patient, adding that more job opportunities were coming their way.

He also called on the people of the state to continue to support President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

He mentioned Mayanchi to Guru and Gusau-Isah-Sabon Birni highways, among others, as some of the major projects to be executed by Tinubu’s administration.
