Initially, Victony’s parents were not fully on board with his decision to pursue a career in music. They had hoped that he would complete his education and go on to become an engineer, a path they deemed more stable and secure. However, after the accident, the massive outpouring of support from the public made them realize just how much music meant to their son. As Victony shared in an interview with Behind The Prestige podcast, “My parents were not cool with me doing music from the jump. They didn’t tell me to stop, but they weren’t 100% supportive of it.”
