‘I see it as fraud’ – Burna Boy disowns meme coin, urges fans to report promoters

Grammy-winning singer, Burna Boy has disassociated himself from a meme coin in his name, which has been making the rounds on X.

Afro Beats star explained that he doesn’t do crypto business, stressing that he sees it as a fraud.

He urged his fans to disregard or report those promoting the meme coin.

Posing on Instagram, Burna Boy wrote, “I don’t do any internet “coin” business. I see it as fraud and I have no interest in any of that. So ig you see anyone using my name for such, pls disregard or report them.”
