Kola Admits Attraction to Dede, Despite Her Relationship

Big Brother Naija: housemate Kola expresses attraction to colleague Dede, despite her commitment

In a surprising turn of events, Big Brother Naija, Season 6 housemate Kola has publicly admitted his attraction to his colleague Dede, expressing his desire to get to know her better. However, the pair’s burgeoning friendship was thrown into uncertainty when Dede revealed she is in a serious relationship outside the house.

In a private conversation, Kola openly confessed his attraction to Dede, stating, “You are actually my type, that’s why I wanted to get to know you, talk to you and everything.” He further acknowledged his attraction, saying, “Anyway I’m very much attracted to you, it’s Day 4 so I can’t say that I like you but what I would say for sure is that you are someone…”

Dede, however, seemed less engaged during their conversation, prompting Kola to raise suspicions about her relationship with fellow housemate Jason Jae. Dede swiftly refuted any notion of a romantic involvement with Jason, maintaining that their bond is platonic.

When the topic shifted back to Kola’s feelings, Dede clarified her personal situation, stating, “I’m in a relationship outside the house, very serious, really not open.” She emphasized her commitment, warning Kola, “So coming to an agreement and you say okay, cool I know you have a relationship outside and I respect that and I wanna try to be your friend, that’s cool. But if tomorrow you trying to be my friend and there’s feelings involved and I’m hearing all I need reciprocation, it would not happen. It will definitely not happen by God’s Grace.”

This revelation from Dede seems to have put a halt to any further romantic advancements from Kola, who has since maintained a friendly yet respectful distance. The housemates continue to adjust to life in Biggie’s house, with new challenges and surprises around every corner.
