2023 elections: Breakdown of results as Tinubu defeats Atiku, Obi

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the official results of the 2023 presidential elections.

The electoral body announced the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, as the winner of last Saturday’s polls.

Tinubu secured a total of 8,794,726 votes, while Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) finished in second place with 6,984,520 votes.

Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) came third with 6,101,533 votes.
