BBNaija 10: Mide in tears as Bright Morgan, Thelma Lawson get evicted

Big Brother Naija housemate Mide has said she has no regrets about falling in love with fellow contestant Bright Morgan, even though Morgan had previously disclosed that he was in a committed relationship outside the house. Despite that revelation, Mide developed strong feelings for him. After Morgan’s unexpected eviction on Saturday, Mide opened up to Big Brother during her Sunday diary session, stating that she no longer feels any unfinished business in the house.

Mide admitted she never expected to fall in love on national television, but described her connection with Morgan as natural and effortless. She emphasized that she is unashamed of her emotions and has learned a great deal from the experience. Initially, she had vowed to avoid intimate activities on the show out of respect for her family, yet she eventually formed a close bond with Morgan. Morgan’s eviction triggered an emotional response, and Mide broke down in tears.

Fellow housemates Dede and Kola comforted her, reminding Mide that she will have the chance to reconnect with Morgan outside the house and explore the future of their relationship. With a maximum of two weeks remaining in the competition, Mide is now focusing on her journey ahead.

The development underscores the complex dynamics and relationships that can emerge in reality‑television formats. Big Brother Naija, in particular, is known for fostering strong bonds among contestants, often leading to unexpected romantic connections. As the show progresses, viewers will be watching to see how Mide navigates the remainder of her time in the house and whether she may rekindle her relationship with Morgan after the competition ends.
