Kansas City Chiefs offensive tackle Jawaan Taylor has tied the knot with his fiancée, Tiffany Hylton. The NFL player shared glimpses of his special day on Instagram, including a selfie with his wife and photos of their wedding rings and cake-cutting ceremony. Taylor expressed his joy, stating, “Married my best friend this week” and “May God cover our union.”

The wedding news comes just a week after Taylor announced that he and Hylton are expecting their first child. The couple had shared pictures from their maternity shoot, with Taylor revealing that they are having a baby girl. Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes congratulated the couple on their wedding and upcoming arrival.

Taylor’s wedding took place during the Chiefs’ bye week, ahead of their upcoming game against the Denver Broncos on November 16. The Chiefs are currently 5-4, following a loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 9.

The offensive tackle proposed to Hylton on September 29, just a day after the Chiefs’ Week 4 game. The romantic proposal featured a heart-shaped arch, roses, candles, and a violinist. The couple had celebrated their one-year anniversary just two months prior, with Taylor posting a heartfelt message on Instagram.

Taylor, who is in his seventh NFL season, joined the Chiefs in 2023. He was originally drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the second round in 2019. As the NFL season progresses, Taylor’s personal life is also flourishing, with a new marriage and a baby on the way. The Chiefs will look to bounce back from their recent loss when they face the Broncos next week.
