Kaduna NNPP gov candidate warns residents against money politics

The governorship candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party in Kaduna State, Senator Suleiman Hunkuyi, has warned residents against money politics ahead of the Saturday’s March 11 governorship election in the state.

Hunkuyi, while speaking to newsmen in Kaduna on Saturday, also cautioned against what he termed as “dire political miscarriage” ahead of the March 11 governorship poll in the state.

According to the NNPP governorship hopeful, one of such issues include the pre-election matter pending in court that can declare the PDP non-entity in the poll as well as the post-election matters which the APC is ready to file against PDP.

The former lawmaker representing the Northern Kaduna senatorial district faulted the use of money politics which he claimed would be allegedly deployed by the ruling party in the forthcoming poll in the state.

This, he said, was not only an anti-people and anti-democratic norm but “an intended onslaught” against democracy in the state.
