The Edo State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has deployed 1,200 personnel across the state’s three senatorial districts to ensure security during the upcoming Christmas and New Year celebrations. According to Commandant Akintayo Saidi Ayinla, the deployment is part of the Command’s proactive strategy to safeguard lives, property, and critical national assets throughout the festive period.
