Nollywood Actress Sunshine Rosman Urges Action on Nigeria’s Hardship and Insecurity

Nollywood actress Sunshine Rosman has voiced deep concern over Nigeria’s escalating economic hardship, insecurity, and widespread poverty, calling on citizens and leaders to take urgent and decisive action.

In an emotional appeal, Rosman highlighted the severe economic challenges facing the country, including soaring poverty rates and crumbling infrastructure. She expressed dismay at the persistent violence in parts of Northern Nigeria, where innocent lives are being lost and communities displaced.

“When are we going to wake up as Nigerians? When is it finally going to be enough?” Rosman asked, her voice breaking with emotion. She lamented that many Nigerians have grown accustomed to hardship, normalizing suffering despite the scale of the crisis.

Beyond the economic woes, Rosman pointed to the ongoing insecurity that has forced families to flee their homes in fear. “Lives are being lost for nothing, and people have to migrate from their towns, homes, and villages because they know that nothing will be done,” she said.

The actress urged Nigerians not to remain silent in the face of these challenges, stressing that the country’s hardship, insecurity, and suffering can no longer be ignored. Her remarks come amid a series of tragic attacks and loss of property in various regions, underscoring the urgent need for effective governance and security reforms.

Rosman’s comments reflect a growing frustration among Nigerians over the government’s response to the nation’s deepening crises, as citizens continue to bear the brunt of economic instability and violence.
