Kwara deputy governor loses aide

The Deputy Governor of Kwara State, Kayode Alabi, has lost his aide, Kehinde Obafemi, describing the death of his Chief Detail, as a rude shock.

This was contained in a statement issued on Tuesday in Ilorin by the Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, Mrs. Modupe Joel.

According to the statement, Obafemi died on Sunday, October 30, 2022, during a brief illness.

β€œAlabi prayed that God will grant the soul of the late Obafemi eternal rest and give his family, friends and associates the courage to bear the loss,” the deputy governor was quoted as saying.
