Transfer: Serie A club, Bologna interested in Nigerian duo

Serie A club, Bologna have set their sights on Nigerian duo, Gift Orban and Victor Boniface.

The two forwards have enjoyed a fine campaign for their respective clubs in Belgium.

Orban, 20, who moved to KAA Gent from Norwegian second division club, Stabaek in January has scored 12 goals in 10 appearances across all competitions for the former Belgian Pro League champions.

Boniface, 22, has registered 19 goals and provided eight assists in 43 games for Union Saint Gilloise.

According to Italian website, 1000cuorirosoblu, Bologna’s technical director, Giovanni Sartori has identified the duo as a potential target for the summer.

Sartori is keen to revamp the club’s attack with Austria forward Marko Arnatovic’s future uncertain.

Union Saint Gilloise are looking to sell Boniface for around £15m, while Orban won’t go for a cheaper price either.
