Musa pumps Eaglets’ spirit with pledge of N.5m per goal at U-17 AFCON

Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa has promised Golden Eaglets players N500,000 per goal at the 2023 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations.

Musa made the pledge during a visit to the team’s Park View Hotel base in Abuja.

The 30-year-old charged the Golden Eaglets to go all out and make the country proud at the competition.

The Nigerian boys won the WAFU B U-17 Championship last year.

Nduka Ugbade’s side will face Morocco, South Africa and Zambia in Group B at the competition.

The 2023 U-17 AFCON will take place in Algeria from April 29 to May 19,

All four top-placed teams at the competition will qualify to fly Africa’s flag at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Peru later this year.
