Shooting Stars apologise to fans after draw against Remo Stars

The management of Shooting Stars Sports Club has appealed to the fans not to relent on their support for the team following last Sunday’s 1-1 home draw against Remo Stars in the South West derby.

The Oluyole Warriors have never beaten their South West rivals in a league game.

Majority of the home fans at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan were disappointed with the outcome of the game.

The management through a statement, appealed for patience and more support from the teeming fans of the club.

“We want to apologise to you over the draw game against Remo Stars last Sunday, knowing fully well that you expected something better.

“Be rest assured that based on the outcome of the meeting we held with the technical crew, we are going to make it up for you with good results in our subsequent matches,” it said.
