Former Inter Milan striker, Mario Balotelli, has revealed the toughest defender he ever played against.
According to the ex-Italy international, Chelsea centre-back, Thiago Silva is the toughest defender he has ever seen.
The former Manchester City star recently appeared on Muschi Selvaggio’s podcast.
Balotelli faced Silva on several occasions while playing for Iter Milan between 2009 and 2010 when the defender was plying his trade with city rivals, AC Milan.
He admitted that the Brazilian is very strong.
“I would say Thiago Silva. One of the strongest [defenders] I have seen. He is very strong!” he said.
