IMC engages security intelligence unit to monitor last games

The Interim Management Committee (IMC) has engaged the service of a security intelligence unit to monitor the last group games in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

The final fixtures in Group A will be played this weekend, with Enyimba, Remo Stars and Akwa United in contention for a Super Six spot.

Bendel Insurance have already booked their ticket for the tournament.

There is nothing to play for at the other end of the table, with Nasarawa United and El-Kanemi Warriors already relegated.

Group B will be decided on Sunday, May 21.

The race for Super Six spot is still open in the group, with Lobi Stars, Rivers United, Doma United and Sunshine Stars fighting for the slot.

Dakkada are already relegated in the group, with Wikki Tourists, Bayelsa United and Rangers still fighting for survival.
