Plateau United’s Captain Golbe Urges Teammates to Strive Towards FED Cup Glory

The Plateau United skipper, Golbe Elisha, has called on his team to give their best in the upcoming Federation Cup matches.

The Peace Boys will face Ingas FC at the Goal Project pitch in Abuja on Wednesday, hoping to progress to the quarter-finals.

In light of missing out on the NPFL Super Six playoff, Golbe believes that the Federation Cup presents an opportunity to gain continental football exposure.

“We can still qualify for continental football next season via the Federation Cup,” he said. “We have, in the past, lifted the trophy, and we can do it again. We must give it our all.”
