As the May 29 inauguration day draws closer, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo gave Vice President-elect Kashim Shettima a tour of the Vice Presidential Wing at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
On Thursday, Osinbajo shared pictures of the visit on his Twitter handle. Shettima expressed his gratitude to Osinbajo for his courteous hospitality and revealed the purpose of his visit was to discuss ideas on taking the nation forward.
Shettima also spoke about the president-elect, assuring Nigerians that Tinubu would not waste time getting to work after the inauguration. He also stated that building a new Nigeria would require the support of everyone, including the media.
It is heartening to see leaders working together to build a better Nigeria. All hands must be on deck to support their efforts.
