Sowore urges DSS to arrest Buhari and Irabor, implicating them in Emefiele’s case

Omoyele Sowore, a well-known rights activist, has called on the Department of State Services (DSS) to arrest ex-President Muhammadu Buhari and Chief of Defence Staff General Lucky Irabor. Sowore made the demands after the DSS had picked up the suspended Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele.

Sowore has accused Buhari and Irabor of complicity in Emefiele’s alleged crimes.

Sowore tweeted his statement, saying, “DSS reportedly picks up/detains former CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele. In an ideal society, his main accomplice in the military, Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Lucky Irabor should be arrested and tried with Emefiele. Of course not leaving out former President @MBuhari as well.”

Sowore has gone further to intimate that Emefiele’s case, along with the ex-president, Buhari’s principal should be treated as a crime against humanity. #RevolutionNow.
