Phyna, winner of Big Brother Naija Season 7, also known as Josephine Otabor has revealed that she has completely moved on from her sour relationship with her fellow housemate, Groovy. She stated that she forgave him for playing games with her feelings, in a recent tweet responding to Groovy unfollowing her on social media.
Phyna disclosed in an interview with Joy Prime TV that Groovy was not “genuine” with her when they were in the house. She added that she retaliated by playing games with him after discovering that he was interested in some other girls in the house. Groovy, in his response via Twitter, told Phyna that she had asked for friendship which he gave and not a relationship.
Phyna commended Groovy for having the courage to unfollow her and stated that she had forgiven him and moved on. However, she added that both of them know who really begged for friendship. In her words, “@groovymono at last you unfollowed anyways I already forgave and moved on. But never you say anybody begged your friendship both of us know who begged for friendship. Guess you’re tired of pretending and lying to yourself”.
Phyna’s reaction clearly shows that she is not bothered about the situation anymore. It is unclear what impact this would have on their friendship in future, but for now, it appears that both parties have moved on from their sour relationship.
