The Zamfara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) recently held a decoration ceremony to promote 44 officers to senior positions. The State Commandant, Sani Mustapha, urged the newly promoted officers to approach their new roles with determination and resilience.
