Ogun State NSCDC Promotes and Decorates 155 Officers

In a bid to recognize and motivate its hardworking officers, the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Ogun State recently promoted 155 officers to higher ranks and decorated them in a special ceremony held in Abeokuta, the state capital.

Commandant Idowu Ojelabi, the head of NSCDC in Ogun State, expressed his satisfaction with the prompt action taken by the NSCDC Commandant-General, Ahmed Abubakar Audi, in promoting deserving officers, especially those who had been stagnant in their positions for many years.

Ojelabi acknowledged the efforts made by the NSCDC boss in rejuvenating the promotion process and conducting thorough and credible screening and examination for the officers. This allowed for a fair assessment of their skills and commitment, ensuring that promotions were well-deserved.
