In a move to further strengthen his administration, Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has forwarded the names of seven individuals as commissioner-nominees to the state House of Assembly.
The official announcement was made on Wednesday, as confirmed by a reliable source within the Assembly. The list comprises six former commissioners and one newcomer.
With a blend of experience and fresh perspectives, the nominee roster includes five males and two females, reflecting the governor’s commitment to gender balance and inclusivity in his administration.
The commissioner-nominees are as follows:

- Prof Musibau Babatunde
- Professor Daud Sangodoyin
