In a recent turn of events, popular Nollywood actress, Uchenna Nnanna, has expressed her disappointment with Blessing Okoro, also known as Blessing CEO, a self-proclaimed relationship expert. This comes after Okoro made controversial remarks regarding the role of side chicks in sustaining marriages.
Okoro’s views on the significance of side chicks in marriages gained attention after a video of her statement went viral on various social media platforms. In the video, she boldly asserted that many marriages would collapse without the presence of side chicks.
“Without side chicks, a lot of marriages will be broken today. That is one reality that we would face because a lot of these married women cannot satisfy their husbands. It might not even be sexually,” Okoro proclaimed.
She further elaborated, “Men are adventurous in nature. Sometimes, a woman is pregnant, a lot of things are happening to her. She is not in the mood, she’s busy. And the side chick out there does the work. If there’s no side chick to play that role, men will walk away from marriage.”
Uchenna Nnanna, clearly taken aback by these remarks, took to Instagram to express her disapproval, primarily directing her criticism towards the media for granting Okoro a platform to make such statements.
“I blamed the media for interviewing someone who should be in a rehab home. Common sense is not common,” Nnanna lamented.
