In the face of recent cheating allegations, Banky W, the Nigerian singer and clergyman, has countered the claims, affirming his loyalty to his wife, Adesua Etomi-Wellington.
The allegations, first surfaced on the controversial blog, Gistlover, suggested that Banky W was engaged in an illicit affair with his former signee, Niyola.
However, during his Sunday sermon at Waterbrooks church in Lagos, Banky W addressed the issue, stating that the rumours were the result of a concerted effort by satanic forces who desired to undermine his ministry.
The acclaimed rapper-turned-preacher adamantly declared, “the devil is a liar,” assuring his congregation that divine intervention was prevalent.
In his sermon, titled ‘The Prison Of Pornography,’ Banky W expressed gratitude towards his wife, acknowledging her unwavering support during his personal struggle with addiction to pornography.
With deep affection, he revealed, “If I don’t thank God for anything in my life, I thank God for this woman,” while pointing at Adesua.
