In an effort to revive the dwindling fortune of Kano State, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has urged his newly sworn-in Commissioners to bring value to governance by actively contributing to the development of the state.

During the swearing-in ceremony which took place at the Government House in Kano on Monday, the governor directed the newly appointed State Attorney General, Barr. Haruna Isa Dederi, and the other commissioners to seize the opportunity to initiate rapid advancements within the state.

Emphasizing the need for truth and honesty, Governor Abba urged the new commissioners to discharge their duties in line with the manifesto of the party.

As integral members of the state executive council, the governor stressed that they bear the responsibility of making decisions that prioritize the welfare of the people and have a positive impact on the residents of the state.
