Eid El-Kabir: AA Chairman, Omo-Aje Calls for Sustaining Lessons of the Season

The National Chairman of the Action Alliance (AA), Dr. Adekunle Rufai Omo-Aje, has urged Muslims to embrace and uphold the teachings and practices of Eid-el-Kabir for the overall development of Nigeria.

In a statement released to the press in Kaduna on Wednesday, Omo-Aje emphasized the importance of living out the principles of Islam in daily life, as it promotes peace and love among all members of society.

Omo-Aje extended his warm greetings to the Muslim community on the occasion of the celebration, stating, “We must adhere to the teachings of Islam, which emphasize love and peaceful coexistence, in order to create an environment conducive to our collective progress.”

He called on Muslims to continue to embrace tolerance, kindness, and compassion towards one another, stressing the importance of being their brother’s keeper through acts of sacrifice and generosity towards those in need.

Furthermore, he highlighted the significance of using this momentous occasion to share blessings with the less privileged, foster unity, and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood within our communities for peaceful coexistence.

According to Omo-Aje, “Together, Nigerians can build a society where no one is left behind, and where compassion and empathy prevail.”
