Khosi of BBTitans: Abortion isn’t Murder

South African journalist Makhosazane Twala, popularly known as Khosi and winner of Big Brother Titans Season 1, has expressed her view on abortion, stating that she does not consider it to be murder despite its involvement in terminating a life.

While Khosi identifies herself as “pro-life,” she also strongly emphasizes her respect for people’s choices and her belief in avoiding judgment.

During a recent guest appearance on Doyin’s Corner, an audiovisual podcast hosted by former Big Brother Naija reality TV star, Doyinsola Anuoluwapo David, the topic of abortion came up. Doyinsola asked Khosi whether she believed abortion constituted murder, taking into account the differing perspectives on whether it involves the killing of a child or the termination of a non-life.

After some contemplation, Khosi responded, saying, “Honestly, I don’t want to be technical. But I wouldn’t say murder, although it is definitely the termination of a life.”

Furthermore, Khosi expressed that she refrains from using the term “murderer” to describe those who perform abortions.
