Hasiya Paediatric Hospital Set to Resume Operations in Two Weeks, says Governor Yusuf

The governor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf, has assured the residents of Kano that the Hasiya Bayero Paediatric Hospital will resume its services within the next two weeks. The hospital, which had been allocated to individuals by the previous administration, is now being reclaimed by the state government. Governor Yusuf made this announcement while receiving a Sallah homage from the emir of Gaya, Aliyu Abdulkadir.

Governor Yusuf has directed the commissioner for Health, Dr Abubakar Labaran, to work tirelessly to ensure the smooth restoration of the health center. He emphasized that the present administration remains committed to prioritizing healthcare services and delivering effective policies across the state.

Expressing concern over the sanitary situation in the state, Governor Yusuf reiterated his administration’s commitment to refuse evacuation and management. He stressed that his government is not pursuing any vendetta, but rather, is dedicated to the progress and development of the state. The governor challenged his critics to keep records of his work and judge him accordingly after his tenure, questioning the ethics behind individuals in power using public property for personal gain.

During the meeting, the emir of Gaya informed the governor that the emirate council had established a vigilante group to enhance security and foster peaceful coexistence among the residents.

The resumption of services at the Hasiya Bayero Paediatric Hospital is eagerly anticipated by the community. The hospital plays a vital role in providing medical care to children in the region, and its reopening will undoubtedly bring relief to countless families.

As the governor works towards the smooth restoration of the hospital, the people of Kano eagerly await the reopening of this crucial healthcare facility. They look to the governor to fulfill his promises and ensure the well-being of the community’s youngest members.
