Peter Obi congratulates Benjamin Okoro, Solomon Okeke for academic exploits in Russian Universities

Mr Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP, has congratulated the duo of Benjamin Nzutechukwu Okoro and Solomon Ekene Okeke, respectively, for their academic exploits in Russian Universities.

Obi wished them the perfect in their endeavours and urged them to stay good ambassadors of the nation.

Media Talk Africa stories that Okoro graduated with top notch honours in Pharmacy from Voronezh University, Russia, whereas Okeke emerged as the perfect graduating pupil from one other University in Russia.

In a press release by way of his verified Twitter deal with on Monday, Obi mentioned their feat might be achieved if the nation’s leaders had been prepared to undergo discomfort and make much-needed painful sacrifices for the great of the nation.

He wrote, “I congratulate the duo of Okoro Benjamin Nzutechukwu and Solomon Ekene Okeke, both Nigerians who recently made the nation proud with their academic exploits in Russian Universities.

“According to reports, Mr Nzutechukwu graduated with a First Class Honours in Pharmacy from Voronezh University, Russia, while Mr Okeke emerged as the Best Graduating Student 2023, from RUDN University, Moscow, Russia.

“While I celebrate their academic feats, I also celebrate the same potential for greatness existing in every Nigerian youth, waiting for the right investments in human development. This can be achieved if our leaders are willing to go through discomfort and make much-needed painful sacrifices for the good of the nation. I wish Benjamin and Solomon the best in their endeavours and urge them to remain good ambassadors of our nation and to keep our flag flying higher.”
