Bulgarian club signs Kalu from Sporting Lagos

Bulgaria second division side, Montana have confirmed the signing of Gabriel Kalu.

The length and transfer fee was not disclosed by both clubs.

Kalu joined Montana from newly promoted Nigeria Professional Football League side Sporting Lagos.

The attacking midfielder played a key role in Sporting Lagos promotion to the NPFL last season.

The player turned down the chance to play for Rivers United.
