Anambra State Commissioner Of Police Decorates 280 Newly Promoted Officer

The Commissioner of Police Anambra State Police Command, CP Aderemi Adeoye has adorned 280 Inspectors serving within the Command to the subsequent rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP II).

Adeoye carried out the duties on behalf of the Acting Inspector-General of Police, IGP, Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun.

This ornament is sequel to approval by the Police Service Commission for the promotion of the Police Officers on the advice of the Acting IGP.

CP Adeoye congratulated the newly promoted officers and urged them to rededicate themselves to responsibility and reciprocate the popularity by placing extra effort into defending the citizenry and securing the State.

The CP thanked the performing IGP for making welfare of personnel a prime precedence on his agenda.

He assured the Anambra those who the Command below his watch would proceed to serve and shield the residents with integrity.

CP Adeoye famous that it was symbolic that on his thirty third day in workplace because the thirty third Commissioner of Police, Anambra State Command, destiny has trusted the accountability on him to brighten these 288 newly promoted officers.
