Sheyi Ojo Joins KV Kortrijk on Loan: A Boost for Belgium’s Pro League

Bringing in some international flair, KV Kortrijk has secured the signing of Nigeria winger Sheyi Ojo on loan for the upcoming 2023/24 season. This transfer marks Ojo’s move from Sky Bet Championship club Cardiff City to the Belgian Pro League.

Sheyi Ojo is not the only player making the switch from Cardiff City to KV Kortrijk. Isaak Davies paved the way earlier this summer, highlighting the growing connection between the two clubs.

Last week, Ojo showed his prowess on the pitch for Cardiff City in a Carabao Cup clash against Colchester United. The 26-year-old came off the bench to score a crucial penalty, exhibiting his ability to make an impact from the get-go.

During his time at Cardiff City, Ojo has displayed his versatility by contributing seven goals and seven assists in 82 appearances across various competitions. With his exceptional skill set, he will undoubtedly add value to KV Kortrijk’s attacking prowess.
