Edo Government Supports Bendel Insurance FC with Free Buses and Jerseys for CAF Confederation Cup Fans

The Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, is calling on sports-loving Edo people to show their support for Bendel Insurance Football Club as they face off against ASO Chlef FC of Algeria in the CAF Confederation Cup first preliminary game on Saturday at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin.

During a press conference at the stadium, the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Andrew Okungbowa, announced that the Edo State Government has made 30 luxurious ECTS buses available to transport football fans to the stadium free of charge and cheer the team on to victory. The fans will be picked up and returned to their respective points of entry after the match.

The available bus routes for fans include: Ramat Park, Ring Road by ECTS Main Terminal at Mission Road; Ugbowo-Uniben Main Gate and Oluku by NIFOR Junction; Winners Chapel by Sapele Road; ADP and Estate Gate by Airport Road; Ojemai Farms by Upper Ekenhuan Road; Channel 55 by Upper Siluko Road; Pipeline and Idokpa Aduwawa Axis, Total Filling Station by New Benin; Gorretti and 3rd East Circular Junction.
