In a confident prediction, Newcastle United defender Kieran Trippier has expressed his belief that midfielder Jude Bellingham will excel at Real Madrid this season.
The talented 20-year-old made his move to the Spanish capital from Borussia Dortmund earlier this summer.
Bellingham has wasted no time adapting to his new surroundings, making a strong impression by scoring a goal on his debut in a 2-0 victory over Athletic Club last week.
“Despite his young age, Bellingham demonstrates a mature mindset,” Trippier commented in an interview with Sky Sports. “He possesses all the qualities needed to thrive at Real Madrid.”
Trippier, who himself made the switch to LaLiga with Atletico Madrid in 2019, continued to praise Bellingham’s progress, emphasizing the midfielder’s potential at just 19 years old.
