Governor Zulum pledges to support Military operations in Borno

The Borno State, Babagana Zulum has pledged to support Military operations in the state

The Commissioner for Information and Internal Security, Usman Tar alongside the Permanent Secretary of the Government house Mustapha Ali Busuguma, made this known during a courtesy visit to the Commander 7 Division at Maimalari Cantonment.

The Commissioner who spoke on behave of the Governor, reiterated the government’s commitment to work closely with the Nigerian military as he announced the support of N10 million.

Mr Tar said; “We are here in fulfilment of the Governor’s promise to support the Nigerian Army in all capacities to enable them to achieve success in restoring peace to the State of Borno.

Governor Zulum had earlier pledged to support the Nigerian military working in Borno for their relentless fight against insurgency in the state.
