Crystal Palace Expresses Interest in Kelechi Iheanacho

Crystal Palace, a Premier League club, has set its sights on the talented Nigerian footballer, Kelechi Iheanacho.

As reported by The Sun, Palace has entered into discussions with Leicester City, a Sky Bet Championship club, to explore the possibility of acquiring Iheanacho.

With just one year remaining on his contract, Iheanacho does not appear inclined to extend his stay with Leicester City.

Notably, the 27-year-old striker was previously linked with Everton, another Premier League team.

Despite Leicester City’s unfortunate relegation from the Premier League, Iheanacho had a remarkable season, emerging as the club’s top scorer and earning the prestigious Player of the Season award.

Iheanacho’s journey with Leicester City began in 2019 after his transfer from Manchester City.
