Controversy Surrounds BBNaija All Stars Housemate Seyi Awolowo’s Comment: Lagos Government Expresses Strong Disapproval

The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA) has vehemently condemned the remarks made by Seyi Awolowo, a participant on Big Brother Naija All Stars.

During a conversation with fellow housemate Whitemoney after the Saturday night party, Seyi claimed that he had opened a separate account for his son, intending for him to engage in sexual activities with other people’s daughters.

“I am giving birth to boys so they can engage in sexual activities with other people’s daughters. I have opened a dedicated account for this purpose,” Seyi said.

Unsurprisingly, this comment sparked a wave of controversy on social media platforms.

In response, the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency issued a statement on its official X platform (formerly known as Twitter), strongly condemning Seyi Awolowo’s remarks. The agency stated, “We are resolutely opposed to the comments made by Seyi Awolowo in the disturbing video that has recently come to light. Such remarks perpetuate harmful attitudes and contribute to a culture of violence and abuse.”
